Important Notes

The 30-day guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of hosting plans. Renewals, upgrades, and additional terms are not eligible. If you purchased a domain with your hosting plan, the domain fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Without Refund

If you wish to cancel after the 30-day guarantee period: you can cancel at any time from your client area, your service remains active until the end of the current billing period, no further charges will apply, and data will be retained for 30 days after expiry before permanent deletion.
